Hart Howerton is a boutique design firm specializing in the integration of planning, landscape architecture and architecture for resort and conservation communities. L Studio has worked with the firm since 2001 to develop marketing strategies that help the firm tell its story and differentiate from its competitors.

Following a series of strategic sessions with the managing principals, L Studio developed a comprehensive plan for a new communications program and has worked with firm leadership since to implement and update the program. Elements include marketing portfolios, project documentation, a corporate website, direct mail, advertising, internal communications and design guidelines for all in-house publications. We have also produced a range of vision books about high-value, low-impact development projects in iconic locations throughout the world.
